Dealer Financial Performance Survey
To help dealers meet their potential, the National Trailer Dealers Association (NTDA) offers the annual Dealer Financial Performance Survey. The aggregated data that come from this survey will allow dealers to compare key productivity measures, gross margins, operating expenses, product mix, and much more. Participating retailers will receive two reports: (1) the summary Dealer Financial Performance Report and (2) a personalized Profit Improvement Profile (PIP). The 2012 Survey is due June 14, 2012. Dealer Compensation Survey
The NTDA is conducting a Dealer Compensation Survey through Profit Planning Group, a Boulder, CO-based research firm. The purpose of the survey, which was recently mailed, is to provide information about dealer employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses and sales commissions. The Report will also include details on fringe benefits such as retirement programs, health insurance, vacation, and the like. Participating dealer members are invoiced $99 when the Report is published. Non-participating members may purchase the Report for $119; nonmembers for $199.
