NTDA ALLIED TABLETOP DISPLAYS & LUNCHEON IMPORTANT DEADLINE INFORMATION! Please Read! Due to space limitations, Literature Display spaces are now full. Allied members that return the Tabletop Literature Display Form by June 29, 2012 and that have received written confirmation from the NTDA will be granted a table at the Allied Member Tabletop Literature Display and Luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 27 from at The Lodge at Torrey Pines. Unfortunately, due to space limitations, sponsors and new members are not automatically guaranteed a table. On-site requests for tables will not be granted due to space limitations. Registration Required Convention registration is required of all Allied members hosting a literature display. However, there is no additional cost to host a literature display. Additional expenses for special requests, including but not limited to Internet access, special lighting or electricity are the responsibility of the Allied member. What is Provided by the NTDA?
The following will be available for each Allied member participating in the Tabletop Literature Display. One 6' draped table with a table sign bearing your company name and logo will be provided by the NTDA at no cost. (Please e-mail 300 dpi .eps or .jpg logo to gwen@ntda.org by June 29, 2012.) The following members have signed up for a Tabletop Display as of 07/25/2012. Tabletop Display slots are now full due to limited space.
