Based in the Richmond, VA area, this is a unique opportunity to join an aggressive, high-energy division of CRTS, Inc. – a 40+ year leader within the southeastern territory of the semi-trailer industry. Representing five of the largest manufacturers, CRTS/ Utility Trailer Sales of VA is committed to providing customers service with the upmost respect and integrity. While in charge of the day to day operations, the District Manager will oversee sales, service and financial departments within the location(s) while reporting to the President. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensures annual/long-range goals are being met as well as maximizing business
- Is accountable for profitability/loss of location(s)
- Leads location(s), business development and employees.
Some daily and overnight travel required. Previous experience should include seven or more years in the transportation industry with a minimum of five years in dealership management. An additional proven history of sales experience and the ability to drive revenue/growth is required. Candidates must be people-oriented with proficiencies in technology, finance, planning/forecasting, parts, service and sales.
