Dealer Financial Performance Survey and Report
To help dealers meet their potential, the National Trailer Dealers Association (NTDA) offers the annual Dealer Financial Performance Survey. The aggregated data that come from this survey will allow dealers to compare key productivity measures, gross margins, operating expenses, product mix, and much more. Participating retailers will receive two reports: (1) the summary Dealer Financial Performance Report and (2) a personalized Profit Improvement Profile (PIP).
In years past, the NTDA has not charged dealers to participate in the survey or to receive the aggregate report and PIP. Costs for the NTDA to conduct the survey are nearly $10,000 annually. To continue offering this incredibly valuable service, the NTDA will invoice participating Dealer members a $99 fee when the Dealer Financial Performance Report is issued.
